Karen Olivia is an astrologer, yoga teacher, retreat host, and digital media creative based in West Cork.

An experienced international retreat host, she has facilitated wellness and creative expression experiences across the UK, USA, and Ireland. She is the creator of SONA Retreat, a studio and retreat space on the Sheep’s Head Peninsula, where practitioners, creatives and teachers are welcomed to facilitate group and 1-1 work in a beautiful natural setting.

Karen developed her yoga practice through study in India, Australia, the United States, and Ireland, and trained in astrology with respected teachers at the Portland School of Astrology in Oregon. She offers yoga classes, private sessions, and both online and in-person astrology consultations, as well as hand-drawn astrological natal charts.

With over a decade of professional experience in digital media, Karen also supports creative and wellness businesses with website design and digital business operations.
