Aoife Casey is an Irish photographer whose work explores femininity, identity, and the emotional presence of the body. A graduate of NCAD, she lives between Dublin and Seville and has exhibited internationally in Ireland, Spain, South Korea, and Australia.

Shooting exclusively with natural light, her portraits carry a quiet, timeless quality — shaped by nature, history, and classical art. Influenced by painters like John Lavery and the Pre-Raphaelites, she seeks to create imagery that feels emotive, romantic, and deeply human.

Her projects often center on women’s stories — from The Natural Beauty Project in South Korea, which challenged societal beauty norms, to Mná na Saoirse, honoring Ireland’s female freedom fighters. Through her work, she invites reflection, connection, and a deeper appreciation of strength, vulnerability, and beauty in its most honest form.
